Why I Built This Resource Center
Whether you’ve been in the car business for generations, like I have, or you’re setting up your very first lot, one thing is true: every dealer needs reliable resources at their fingertips.
This business is complex—from licensing and regulations to insurance, financing, and sourcing parts—and having everything in one place can be the difference between scrambling and running a smooth operation.
When you’re starting out, your first step is understanding the rules of the state you plan to do business in. Regulations vary widely. Knowing where to look saves time and prevents costly mistakes.
Beyond licensing, every dealer—new or seasoned—needs access to insurance providers, finance companies, auctions, and industry partners. I built this Dealer Resource Center because I spent years tracking down these links one by one, and I still use them daily.
Parts are another place dealers lose hours. That’s why I included national salvage databases and OEM channels—to get cars frontline-ready faster.
Bookmark this page, share it with your team, and treat it like your personal toolbox. It’s one of the reasons I can keep my lot running smoothly day after day.
